A Real Texas Snow
Just when I had completely given up on having one Dallas snow this winter (4 days ago, to be exact), we got a record-breaking snowfall yesterday. The flurries began around 9:00 am and never stopped all day. I got home from work sooner than usual and I spent about an hour walking around near my apartment and taking lots of pictures of all the snow. I'm telling you, when you only see this stuff once a year, it's like unwrapping a present on Christmas morning! I love it. (Although my exposed ears seemed totally frozen once I got back home!)
Maybe I can get Coach out in the elements today before it all melts away. Although, he HATES being out in the cold and it'd probably result in a big snowball fight. Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe I'll just venture out on my own some more!
Happy Snow Days, Dallas!
